Hi, I'm Annie! For the past 32 years, I have worked in healthcare and wellness. I have experience as a cardiac and integrative health nurse, a Pilates instructor and business owner, an integrative health coach, and a Reiki practitioner. Now, I'm excited to use my wide range of experience to open a new boutique studio and combine these practices to bring holistic and integrative health to Washington Depot, a community I love to be a part of with my husband, our two daughters, and our chocolate lab Ollie.
